National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day– February 7, 2022

You may not find out about these terms as much today as in years past, however HIV/AIDS is still wreaking havoc in the African-American community. National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD) provides the most current updates on the battle against the infection and the illness if you are African-American. HOW TO OBSERVE NATIONAL BLACK HIV/AIDS AWARENESS DAY
Get tested
In July 2006, on the opening day of the NAACP convention, Chairman Julian Bond tested openly for HIV. This sent out a message to the black community about the value of getting evaluated.
